Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of erlc.cc (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Sverre Sigurdsen, an individual based in Norway. Contact: support@erlc.cc.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users aged 13–17 should use the Service with parent or guardian involvement.

2. Your account

  • You may create an account by signing in with Discord and linking a Roblox account
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • One person, one account — duplicate accounts may be removed
  • You may not impersonate another person
  • You may not transfer or sell your account or handle
  • You may not use a handle that is reserved, infringes on another's rights, or is intentionally offensive

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (bio, links, pinned media). By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content as part of your public profile and the Service.

You agree not to post content that is:

  • Illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent
  • Sexually explicit or involving minors
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property
  • Misleading about your identity, ranks, or experience
  • Spam, scams, or malicious links

4. Verification and accuracy

Rank claims on the Service are verified by the relevant server owner. We do not independently verify ranks. A “Verified” badge means the server owner approved the claim — it does not mean we have audited the underlying server.

You may not submit false rank claims. Servers may report users who do.

5. Server owners

If you claim a server, you agree:

  • You will only claim servers you genuinely own (verified via Discord guilds API)
  • You will verify rank claims in good faith
  • You will not use the verification feature to mislead other servers
  • We may suspend a claimed server if you violate these Terms or community guidelines

6. Premium subscription

The Service offers a Premium tier purchased for 1000 Robux via a Roblox Game Pass on our official Roblox experience. The pass is a one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Premium upgrades are activated manually after we verify your Game Pass purchase
  • All Robux transactions are processed by Roblox; we do not process payments directly
  • Refunds for Game Pass purchases are governed by Roblox's refund policy
  • If your Game Pass is refunded by Roblox, we may revoke your Premium status
  • Premium status is non-transferable and tied to your account

7. Server advertisements

Server owners may purchase advertisement slots on the Service. Pricing and placement are arranged through our support Discord. Ads must comply with these Terms and our content guidelines.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data
  • Use the Service to harass, dox, or harm other users
  • Scrape the Service at high volume or in violation of our robots.txt
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, submit rank claims, or post content
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in your settings or by emailing support@erlc.cc.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of profiles, or availability of any feature. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $10.

12. Relationship to Roblox and Discord

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. The Service is also not affiliated with the developers of Emergency Response: Liberty County.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
